北京永夏新越塑料包装制品有限公司成立于1999年；是一家生产超市生鲜食品用包装耗材的企业。厂区占地25000平方米，建筑面积16000平方米，位于北京市通州区永乐店镇，地理位置优越，交通便利。
公司主要产品是以PP、PS、PET、OPS为材质的生鲜托盘和以PE/PVC为材质的保鲜膜。公司引进德国五层共挤新型制片机生产技术和流水线，以及五层共挤PE/PVC保鲜膜生产流水线，是国内先进、专业的生产设备。公司配有先进的产品检测设备，确保产品质量。根据国际环保的要求，产品具有资源可再生利用性，无污染、绿色、环保。
公司生鲜托盘月产量突破50000标准箱，保鲜膜月产量达到70000标准箱，销往沃尔玛、世纪联华、欧尚、超市发、上海农工商、武汉武商、超市发、华普、京客隆、物美等超市及全国各大食品厂。
公司经过十年来的努力，在经营管理和产品品种、产量及产品质量等方面取得长足的进步。2008年顺利取得了全国工业产品生产“QS”许可证，同年顺利通过IS09001:2008质量体系认证。加入国际食品包装协会，被评为“中国食品包装行业质量安全放心单位”，北京环境科学学会特授于“放心消费联盟单位”。

Founded in1999, Beijing Yong Xia Xin Yue Plastic Packing Products Co., Ltd. is specialized in the production of packaging supplies dedicated to supermarket fresh food. With a floor area of 20,000 ? and a building area of 12,000 ?, the factory premises are located in Yongledian Town in Tongzhou District of Beijing, an excellent geographical location enjoying convenien transportation. The company’s main products are fresh food tray and food wrapping film. The former is made from multiple materials, including polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS), polyethylene glycol terephthalate (PET) and oriented polystyrene (BOPS), and the latter is made from polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
